Questions regarding 0400/2300 contract

Good morning gentlemen, I ship out in 2 weeks and just signed my mos contract. I know the job descriptions and what they do, but how likely is it that I would get 2311 with that contract or 0411. These are the two specific jobs I do not want but understand that I do not have a say in what I get.

I read somewhere that 0411 is unlikely because the Logisitcs are getting a new program and that was on the thread from 2009. Also, is it likely that I will get 2311? I understand that for the EOD job you have to be a Corporal.
