Since I cant post in the poolee hall I will tell you how we did it, every platoon is a little different.

E-1, Private, no rank insignia
E-2, Private First Class, one strip up
E-3, Lance Corporal, one strip up, crossed rifles in the center, just add strips for Cpl and Sgt
E-6, Staff Sergeant, 3 strips up, one rocker down, crossed rifles in center.
Its pretty simple, change the center according to the ranks and add strips and rockers accordingly. But in all honesty, I would not worry about it, you will break it down barny style and repeat it multiple times while waiting for chow.
