    Sorry to hear about your shoulder bro. I had to have surgery last year on my rightone. Adivce: STOP WORKING IT. Don't do any pressing or anything. Just work on cardio and abs. Wait to see what the Orthopedist says. Rotator cuff is hit or miss. But whatever you do, stop using it. Ice is really good too.
