Hello Sergeant, I was wondering if you could share tips on how you managed to drop the weight, and do Pull-Ups. What kind of routine did you do to do your first Pull Up?

I appreciate any feedback, negative, positive, don't matter. Pull Ups are the single most difficult exorsize I've encountered. Still can't do a single one.

I'm able to lat move now because I am going to a very in-demand MOS which is accepting reenlistment 18 months out from your EAS as opposed to the traditional 6 waiverable to 12.

Whats up Accord. Got a question for you. Don't worry, I won't ask you about your new MOS, but the question does pertain to that. I've been trying to lat move for some time now, and keep getting told I have to wait until re-enlistment time. I'm just cruious, how are you lat moving NOW? Care to share some knowledge? Drop me a PM!
