Women in the Marine Corps Reserve

Can a woman in the Marine Corps Reserve enlist as an 0121/0151? I just started reading more about the reserve and it's catching my interest more, I'm just curious if I'd still be able to get the MOS I want. If this is a dumb question, I'm sorry in advance. Thanks for any help lol

you might not want to go that route. its got a ton of people in it and its close to impossible to get promoted, and i think they are phasing it out.
