Well, what is it? :D
I'm sure we have all walks of life that are waiting to ship out, so I'm assuming we have all walks of music too.
Mine would have to be blink-182 as my fav band of all time since it hasn't gotten old after all this time and their vids and songs are hilarious.

Nostalgic lately, so this song brings back tons of great memories :D
CheVelle - The Red (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onqa6aRHDC4) & Pendulum - Self vs Self (ft. In Flames) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtMqsZFVymA&feature=related)
Used to listen to this song when I lifted. This band slowly became my favorite, Pendulum would be my second favorite.

Breaking Benjamin, Bon Jovi, 3 Days Grace, Disturbed. My favorite songs right now probably have to be Citizen Soldier by 3 Doors Down or Indestructible by Disturbed..I first heard Indestructible when i was going home from MEPs for my second time not passing my pull ups haha

Though I listen to a little bit of everything, I have to say my favorite right now is Credence Clearwater's Spirit in the Sky; the song from FMJ. I litterally listen to it every morning to pump me up for the day.

Rock and Classic Rock is where its at. I'll listen anything from Neil Young to Metallica.
Hard Corps is by far the best song I have ever heard.
For bands its Five Finger Death punch, ADTR, blink 182, crap like that

I've listened to that song so many times since I was younger..
I pretty much listen to anything that's hard rock and will motivate me though.

Alice in Chains, Black Sabbath, The Gap Band, Cypress Hill, Parliament-Funkadelic, James Brown, Grand Funk Railroad, etc. But for some reason, when running, I like "Promentory" By Trevor Jones (Heard in Last of the Mohicans)... I don't know why. The ensemble is just so chilling it just motivates me...
