Enlistment process?

I am currently workinng on losing 40 lbs in order to join, I am just curious what the process will be once i lose the 40lbs and go back to the recruiter? I know asvab meps etc what kind of timeline am i looking at from time i lose the weight and go to the recruiter again till i ship to boot camp?
