Job changing...

I was wondering if it was possible to go from one MOS to anotherafter all training was done and some time was spent on the job. For example, I'm currently a 61xx, is it posssible later on for me to go into Infantry into a 03xx feild? I want to be a cobra mechanic but I've also always wanted to be in infantry as well. Any advice or input would help me a lot. Thanks.
