I have searched online and this website and found only textbook descriptions. Is there any Marines who can tell me what i may be doing during drills (reserves), or when deployed since i hear most tankers go as infantry because they dont bring many tanks. That is, if i make it through bootcamp (hopefully i will). Thank you Marines.

You'll be doing basic operator's maintenance on your tank. Making sure it's running alright, and if it's not, you'll go get a tank mech to make everything ok again.
All the line companies in the fleet have been going as "provisional infantry," yes. There are very, very, few tanks over there. You won't be expected to carry out missions that the regular infantry can, considering they're specifically trained in the profession.
