Yes, some do, though I don't have a list of them. I've seem some articles of them playing. They will probably play any local club teams around would be my guess. When I lived in San Diego, there is a pretty good club scene there so there are lots of teams to play against. Now, going to Okinawa, I don't know if you'll find anything.
I just did a quick Google search and found a team at Camp Lejeune and one at Quantico. I'm fairly confident there would be one on the west coast as well, either at Camp Pendleton or MCRDSD, but I can't swear to that. I started playing rugby after I got out of the Corps, so I didn't pay much attention at the time I was there.
