Before anyone asks me I already looked on this site and various other sites. I still didn't find the answer I was looking for. I know the two MOS's have the same title but since they have a different number I was wondering if their is a difference in the two? Thanks you in advance for your answers I appreciate them.

4300 Basic Combat Correspondant

4300 is when you are in student status 4341 is when you have completed the school. Right now im a 4600 but I might be 4671 4612 or 4641. You will come here to DINFOS for school in Ft Meade MD. If you have any questions about your MOS I'll be glad to help I have a lot of friends going through that class here right now.

I may be corrected on this one.... but, whenever you see a number series associated with an MOS with the last two numbers being "00". It is just a series for various MOS's to do with that series. Such as 1300 - Engineer 1341-Heavy Equip Mech 1345- Heavy Equip Operator, 0300- Infantry 0311-Infantryman, etc......., also 4302 - Septic Tank Vacuum Operator/Engineer. I hope this helps.

If you join the 4300 field, you will be a 4341 Combat Correspondent AKA Print Journalist. You have the option to do a voice test to become a 4313, but you must be a Print Journalist before you can be a Broadcaster.
