Today's W.O.D. isn't for time or rounds, it'll be hard enough just getting this done. For today's workout you just need your body and alot of room.
If you want to be a beast you have to use Animal Conditioning
Bear Crawl sprints - 3 Minutes (try not to take any breaks)

Frog Jumps - 3 Minutes (again as little rest as possible)

Crab Walk - 3 Minutes

Mule Kicks - 2 Minutes
Start in the pushup position, then kick your legs back as far and as high as you can using your core then return to starting position and repeat.
Kangaroo Jump Squats - 2 Minutes
Begin by bending down slowly into a basic squat then as you reach the bottom of the squat push your weight forward onto your toes and explode upwards jumping as high as you can.
Good luck with this one, this is one of my least favorite workouts, i mean that in the best possible way of course. :thumbup:
