The past two Workout of the Day's have been a single exercise for time. Today is going to be a little different. today's workout will be a 5 min AMRAP workout which means you complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes.

Body Burner AMRAP

5 x Squat Thrust http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squat_thrust

5 x Pushup http://www.emilyowilson.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/pushup.jpg

5 x 4 ct. Mountain Climber http://www.6packabsblog.com/great-ab-exercise/mountain-climbers-a-great-ab-exercise

So in this W.O.D. you will complete 5 squat thrusts(basically a burpee with no pushup) Then 5 pushups and then 5 x 4 count mountain climbers that will count as 1 round, Complete as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes then post your number here. Good luck.

I got 12 rounds in 5 minutes. Really felt this one in my shoulders.

My shoulders have been killing me lately, so I just might save this one for another day ;] haha
