Swimming question

I have searched the forums for swim qualification questions, I can find information about CWS 3 and CWS 2. But I was wondering what the requirements are for a CWS 1?

It is basically the same as what a lifeguard would be required to learn. Can you save drowning people? Can you keep calm when a drowning person brings you under the surface? Can you tread water in cammies for 10 minutes and then rescue someone? Stuff like that. WSQ is just a tiny bit more in depth, but the same stuff.
