Hey Pool(ee)'s,

I'm starting the Armstrong program today to increase pull-ups. I find that spreadsheets help out a lot in tracking because if you miss a day, you have a huge void in your chart.

You can print out the attachment to track Pushups and Pullups Daily for 10 weeks.

Yeah... Looked a bit nicer in Excel, but had to convert it to upload. I took a couple IT courses in college and like making things like this.

I'm hoping it helps me stick to the program. I want 20 by march.
