Good evening Marines, I just had a quick question.
Without revealing too much personal information. Could a PFC/LCpl with <2 years of service provide an approximate amount of taxes (including social security, state, federal, medicare, and anything else) that are taken out of every pay check and the amount of net-income a Marine, of said rank and TIS, can expect to have each month (obviously prior to any personal expenses)
I found this thread
http://www.leatherneck.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55554&highlight=monthly+taxes
and Sgt DIBLO7 made a pretty thorough response in post #4, but it's a little over 2 years old, so I'm looking for a little more recent data.
Oh, forgot: Single, not requesting BAH, no dependents
Thanks Marines
