I graduated as a PFC (referrals)
I am a little disappointed, i missed expert by 2 points!

What was your final PFT score?

not very good lol, it was about 200 i believe
My initial PFT stats were 3 pullups, 90 crunches and 27:15 3 mile
final was 8 pullups, 135 crunches, and 23:30 3 mile

The way I see it, you knocked 4 minutes off a run time, added 45 crunches and 5 pullups. That's a hell of an improvement.
Now get a mod to change your status. You earned it.
