Attention current and veteran Marines, family and friends!
The Fred Cochran Detachment #151 of The Marine Corps League will be hosting the time honored celebration of the Marine Corps 234th Birthday on Tuesday November 10th, 2009.
The casual celebration will be held at the VFW Creston Post 1535
Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids MI.
Events will include the traditional cake cutting with the Oldest and Youngest Marine present, honoring our Fallen Marines, and a silent auction.
Guest of Honor will be Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox, a former active duty Marine.
A cocktail reception will commence at 6:00pm, with ceremonies and a SOS and Fajita buffet dinner at 6:45pm.
