Need Some Help

Greetings All
I will make a long story, short. My Aunt passed away a while back, and my Sister, was helping our Cousin, go through her and our Uncle's things. Our Uncle William C. Baldwin was a retired GySgt USMCR.
My Sister found two (2) sets of dogtags:
Captain Edward L Sullivan USMC.
Arthur R Pressey USMC
For safety reasons, I won't pass on their service numbers.
Our Uncle's last Reserve Unit was MWCS-6 Glenview NAS Illinois.
If you would ask around, to see if anyone may know these two men,
My Sister would like to return the dogtags to them, or their families
