the great thing about music is it's power to take you back,Move you..so on....and I think while there is No "Greatest song of all time" because it's everyones opinion.....Great Music does stand the test of time. Everything you guy's spoke of is "Great Music" No doubt about that...
Some of my favorites of all time "These will be playing at my Funeral!!"....."Woman" by John Lennon, 'god only knows" Beach boy's, "papa was a rollin stone" Temps, "Son of a son of a Sailor" By Jimmy Buffett. all different I know but that's the great thing about music!!
"Beyond The Sea"----Bobby Darin
"El Paso"-----------Marty Robbins
"Only the Lonely"----Roy Orbeson
Free Bird by Skynyrd followed closey by Purple Haze by Jimi.

Paradise by the dashboard lights by Meatloaf and Coming back to life by Pink Floyd.Way back when, that song was on the JukeBox at the local corner bar in my small hometown. That song got played so much that they kept having to replace it with a new copy. Still remember the whole place singing along at the top of their lungs. The boys singing the guy parts and the Girls singing the girl parts. Good Memories there. SF

For pure emotion its got to be the Marines Hymn. There's a reason why
they call it a Hymn, and not a song. For me its seeing all the other Marines in and audience jump to there feet and snapping to attention when played. Its the look on there faces, and I've seen tears roll down
the faces of the strongest Marines when played. Its not a song, its a Hymn. Its just one of the parts that bind us together as Marines.

You are very lucky if you're able to find Erdinger in S.D.
It is hard to find in and around NYC. And it's even harder to find on tap.
