I just wanted to post my thanks and appreciation to everyone who gave me tips and guides for my running. I've been able to drop my time by over two minutes in the past month. Yes, I know it should be lower and I am working hard at it, my only regret is that with how my schedule works I do not get to go running every day which if I could I know my time would have been down near the ten minute mark by now.
