I gave up on "chat" long time ago becasue of the password issue.

Have a few BEERS and things will work out just fine. It relaxes
the mind and you can think alot better.
RIDHGITZ...
That was the first problem I was having!!
The passwords can be changed, I believe. Can't remember HOW at this moment in time (LOL) but I'm sure somebody remembers! :) You can change it to something you will remember, as opposed to some random numbers and letters. :) Just to give you the heads up!

With AOL running, minimize your open window.
Open 'Internet Explorer'
You may enter 'leatherneck.com' into the address bar, open it from a 'Favorite' bookmark, or click on 'leatherneck.com' from your History side bar.
Log in if necessary. I never log out, so it always 'WELCOMES' me right off the bat.
Click on 'chat', and enter your password. If your upset about having to do it.... GET OVER IT !!
Go back to the bootm of your screen to the task bar, and click on AOL. This will bring up the AOL screen.
Look in the 'WHO's Chatting' and see your name. Say "WHOOPEEEEE, I'm IN CHAT".
Click on task bar again to minimize your AOL screen, and enjoy old times and Sea Stories with your fellow MARINES.
