I'm 18 and graduate in 3 weeks. I'm hopefully going into the Reserves. I saw the recruiter last week and have started the process. One of my classes is Work Experience and one of our last projects is a career interview. Since I plan on joining I thought I'd ask some of you Marines on here some questions. I only need two interviews. I'd prefer that those who are still on active duty or active reserves or have recently left reply. Feel free to pm me is you want. I really appreciate the help and all the great information you have all given me.

Should have changed my advice to..."Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everyone you meet."

A little much for 18 year old's in high school though...lol

Speaking of advice, one of my Cpls had this to say about Thai women:

"Approach everyone as if they are a human with a soul. But, always carry cash on you, just in case.

0231Marine, I'm sure you understand exactly what I'm talking about here. Definitely too much for high schoolers, though.
