Question about OCS

I am starting to prepare myself for my 10 week next May. I am trying to get as physically prepared as possible. I also want to have as much knowledge as possible for when I arrive. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the Marine OCS Regulations book? The "Green Book" I believe is what my OSO called it?
Also any other books I should study for tactics and history?
