I haven't been on here for quite some time but I got some great info a while back and just wanted to say thanks. I commissioned last night so I am finally a 2nd Lt. Can't wait to get out there and lead Marines. Reporting to TBS 8 Sept, 2009. This place is a great source of info so thanks a lot.

Congratulations Sir! If you were a Winger, for your celebration tonight you would have to drink everything that anybody sets in front of you. If there are Ordies around you may get taped to your chair...............or something.

Welcome to the Family, sir. Just some advice and a request. Please don't forget about us enlisted folks. I'm sure you will do fine, but just remember that when a salty enlisted Marine (I'm thinking NCOs especially) give advice, it is usually for a good reason.

Anyway, welcome again, and OOHRAH, LT!
