need some info about some MOSs

quick question to all. i am currently contracted for avionics, can anybody tell me about this mos?

second i have been thinking about switching to combat engineer or MP and was wondering if anbody could brief me who has or used to have any of the jobs with more some first hand experiance.

and i notice that alot of people switch mos alot. is this common? and how easy is it?

any help would be great. thanks.

MP's in garrison do exactly what you think they do.there cops on base,though the Marine Corps is moving into civilian police too free up more slots for Field MP units.

Field Mp's do combat stuff,convoy security,MSR security ECP (entry control points) VCP,perimeter security and patrols. theres alot of secondary MOS's in MP tree,K-9 handler,SRT team (Swat basically) AID (accident investigation) CID (criminal investigation,detectives basically) also you get a chance to screen for HMX-1 (the Marines who fly the presidents chopper and provide security for the aircraft)
