My name is Tonya. I was at El Toro part of the time that you have mentioned. I am also looking for an El Toro Military Police Officer. His name is Bill White. He went by William instead of Bill. I was with the Staff Judge Advocate. Bill was there from about 1984 or 1985 before he went to Okinawa in 1986.
