I found this on a buddy of mines site. He just got out of the Marines in April after 5 years of service.

Its amazing, videos that motivated me as a poolee back in 2006 are still being found and motivating poolees of today.

Youtube is also a wonderful tool for nay sayers. I have had quite a few family members and friends send me videos of funeral details for fallen Marines, telling me i'm a dumb ass and going to end up like those "heros" (not their choice of words:() for sure.

I never said the videos scared me, they have a similar effect. My family however thought it would.
