How many miles do you Marines run daily/weekly. I'm hitting just shy of the 20 mile mark but I don't think thats gonna cut it.

It's not even about the mileage, it's about the pace. I could run all day at a slow enough pace.

20 miles doesn't mean nothing if it takes 20 minute per mile, ya know? Just make sure those miles were ran at a good pace and you'll be fine.

Well Im averaging 9.3 miles an hour so far. I'm close to a 6 minute mile. I got down to a 5:56 then left for 6 weeks and came back to 6:45 which sucks.

I did a full gear hump 63 in 23. We humped for 50 minutes and stopped for 10 minutes. There was a 1 hour break about half way through. Out of a battalion we dropped 8 people.

I have a 50lbs punching bag that I run a mile with. Around .5 miles I switch shoulders with it. I would rather have a sand bag but its better than nothing. I really need to find some step that I can run up and down with the bag

61 years old.

Run 3 miles 3 times a week.

Walk the other 4.

Don't do any timing.

Just run.

When the ****ing snow is here, I go to the indoor track.

BTW, I do this at 5:30 in the morning. Every morning. Hungover. Chippy in me bed. Don't matter. Just do it.

Yes sir. I def. have my times of laziness. I just have to kick my own ass out of bed and do it. I left around 5:30ish for a 17 mile bike, 1.2 swim, and a 17 mile bike back. I just got done from my afternoon run about an hour ago. It was only a 3 miler at 22:32. Not good, but i'm recovering from slacking off during vacation.
