Crossfit??

I just spoke with my recruiter and he said that they were doing away with the PFT and replacing it with a new system called crossfit. Apparently there is a 1 1/2 mile run and a buddy carry and some other stuff. Does anyone know any more about this. I apologize if this has already been posted.

http://www.crossfit.com/ that's more of an exercise regime sort of thing than a PFT type of thing as I understand it.

I think you might be talking about the Combat Fitness Test in which case...

Crossfit is good stuff, but it is NOT a PFT. I believe Gardner is correct with what the link.

But I do have to say, Crossfit is good stuff
