Army to Marine

So obviously out of boot (marine) all I can get is e-2. I have been in the Army for 8 years did my tours (3), and I am looking for to switch branches. I am getting sick of the army and want to join the marines, Do not get me wrong I am not on your *uts or anything I just want to be a marine, so my question is what are the reserve options like?
