Can anyone in the Marines with any MOS go through MCMAP training if they want to?

All Marines are trained in MCMAP. You need to continue training and will be required to progress in order to get promoted.

Yes they can but after gray belt your unit has to send you to green belt instructors course since you wont have any time to just put in the time for a green belt
