Linguistics

Anyone here know much about the Linguistics MOS? I have been studying Arabic for about two years, can read and write it (speaking it is challenging but I've been working on it). I want to go infantry I think but it is possible I might be better used in Linguistics. Is it worth it?

There is no promise that you'd be sent to learn arabic if you were a linguist. And, I believe there is some way you can carry that as a secondary identifier. Regardless, one would assume your arabic skills will be useful no matter what MOS you end up with.
