CAMP PENDLETON – Explosives will be fired at Camp Pendleton all day Monday as part of munitions training, base officials said.
Marines began firing 81mm mortars at 6 a.m. and expect to continue their training until midnight.
Base officials issued a noise advisory on their Web site. The explosives may be heard throughout North County.
