I would like to say just a few words in honor of my brother Sgt. Michael M. Brown, a Marine who served in Vietnam and who later became a Green Beret. He was a great man, a great Marine and great husband and father to three children who will miss him very much. as I will too. He was diagnosed last year with the incurable cancer of mesothelioma which is caused by asbestos exposure. He fought it bravely and with great fortitude, enduring more sessions of chemo than the average person can stand. In the end it was not enough, but he never lost hope and never felt sorry for himself for a minute. We know he now rests in God's arms. He was always PROUD to have been a Marine.
I am proud he was my brother.
