Is there any place I can find illustrations on the "Daily Dozen" exercises? I've tried image search, but cannot find all of them.

That's Daily 16.

I bought this book before I was even thinking about joining the Marine Corps. I was going to use it just to get in shape. The book actually sparked something in me that sent me on a 2 year journey just to get accepted into the DEP.

I got the book long after I got out. (It was the daily 7 in my day) They changed after I got out so I thought I'd get the book to keep up with the changes.

Ok. I just wanted to give a heads up toanybody the followed the link for getfitnow. I ordered the book from them back on 8/28/2007. It is now 9/27/2007, and have still yet to recieve it. I called them agian today and found out it still hasn't even shipped out yet. So I cancelled the order and will be buying the book from a different place. I definatly wouldn't reccomend this website.

That is highly unusual. That is the publisher's website- if anyone has it, it should be them. Thanks for letting us all know though.

I know some of those people- I'll have to get in touch with them and see what is going on.

Try Barnes & Noble online for books. They may send you to another link but the books are always dirt cheap cause you can buy them slightly used.

try a google search for half.com and ebay.

I find books for under two bucks that are on my reading list, quite frequently.
