Temp Address Question

Buddy just shipped to P.I. on the 23rd. Called a recruiter on the east coast, should be Alpha Co, 1st RTBn, anyone have the address for recruit mail at PI? I could probably still recite my SD address.

It should be

Recruit XX
Alpha Company, 1st RTBn
MCRD Parris Island, SC XXXXX

Is that right? I know we'll get his platoon and stuff later, but the temporary address worked for a lot of the guys when I was going through and I know it helped them getting mail right after black friday.

Turns out that it's looking more like he's Echo Company, not Alpha Company.

Anyone confirm?

and count back to his ship date and find out where he is?
