I know alot of people on this site are trying to get into shape for recruit training so I thought I'd post this site up here.

http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/index.jsp

It produces work-out plans and nutritional plans for you based on your inputed information. I'm going to get started on the 30 with a 12 week program and see how that goes. I'll keep you guys posted.

p.s. It's free!!!

This is also a great resource for beginning weightlifting. If you have not been to the gym, but would like to start it has most of the basic exercises in it. http://www.building-muscle101.com/support-files/bm101-weight-training-guide.pdf
I'd recommend going with a partner, however, if you don't just start small and move forward. Don't over do it.
