I know there are levels of swim qualifacation, But what do you need to do to get a 1st class score any info would be apreshiated.

The answer is in appendix A of FMFRP 0-13 which can be found here. (http://www.marines.cc/downloads/FRP013/MAIN-1.pdf)
To get to first class, you have to complete the other levels, and that is more than I want to type, and it won't let me copy and paste. So, you can just check out the link.
