On this day in Marine Corps history, three high school buddies, Dave Cerami, J.R. Ezzell, and Robert Jones, from Port Neches Groves High School (TX) reported to MCRD San Diego for recruit training. All three graduated Oct 5,1984 as PFCs.

I arrived 8-20-84, graduated 11-08-84, (platoon 3085, Mike Co.) I too am a Reagan Marine, he will always be my President!
