No more bombing,artillery strikes; no helicopter gunships or C130 support. From now on the troops will have to clearly identify any insurgent/AQ target and have it verified by two independent sources. At that point they will be allowed to fire but only to wound or preferably shoot the weapon out of the enemies hands. Somebody tell me I'm dreaming, Please.
