Hey. This poolee was wondering what kind of workout he could do that would be most like the PT at bootcamp. For example :

100 situps then 100 push ups....

kind of like a scheduale.

what would be an average pt session...if there is one?

Can't really have an aggressive workout because no one is in your face...

But start off on jogging, about every 3-5 mins running down the road, stop and do crunches. Then next 3-5 mins do pushups... then moutain climbers... and so forth..

Depends what you are trying to accomplish. If you're wanting something to be like getting thrashed then it isn't really possible. If you're looking for what a regular PT session is like there is a ton of information out there. To be simple, a regular PT session often involves some calesthenics, a run, then pull ups.

If you are wanting something closer to what you will see in the pit or quarter deck, just use your imagination. Anything you can do to make it hurt worse, do it.

like motorola said, fartlecks are really good to get enduranced quickly
