PLC Jr v. PLC Sr

Anybody who has completed Sr's I was wondering what was the main reason men in your platoon/company got dropped (not NPQ, not DOR) but flat dropped?

I went through Jrs without problems, and I am shipping to Srs in June 07.

I got a PFT of 288, broken in Bates Lights, and a deep hatred of 300 word essays. What else should I bring?
