Just a few quick questions. First of all, Id like to know what all of you consider to be the best excersise and/or technique for drastically improving tricep strength. Secondly, Id like to hear some ideas about certain excercises that can be done at home with random objects around the house. Hope to get some interesting responses.

1. Push Ups.
2. All of the calisthenic exercises and pull ups. You don't need to worry about too much else.
