I am currently trying to loose 8 more pounds to go to Meps and I just recently had a mettal plate inserted in the front of my sinus cavity. My doctor said that it doesn't hinder me phisically or mentally and does not subject me to any further risk of injury. Is this something that I should be woried about. I'm going to a Marine Corps meps and my Recrutor thinks that this is not as big of a problem that I think it is. I really want to carry on the family tradition in the Marines seeing how my Grandfather is a retiered Sargent Major. Any thought or comforts would be greatly appreciated.
