The minimum age requirement is 17 with parental consent. Are you a British Subject? If so you need to go through the naturalization process. I hope this answers your questions. dude, if you are really motivated to joining the marine corps then get up to age and then make sure you can pass the IST, but do not give up, and deffinately do not go towards any of the other branches, stick with it!!!!
