I currently go to the naval academy (boat school) and definitely want marine corps for service selection. Ive observed a lot of what I don't want to be in female officers, so I was wondering if any priors/currents have any advice on how to succeed in the marine corps as a female officer. I have a 300 pft and good grades and everything, but I know they probably won't determine if I will be a good leader. Any advice you have is appreciated also I am curious about what people think of the academy grads as officers?
