It's a very unique club
I see it everywhere
I see man embracing man
A tear that says, "I care!".

There's a special look in eyes
That words cannot explain
I see joy for this life
Sometimes the living pain.

There's a camaraderie
That's very rare these days
They let it show without shame
In so many different ways.

I wasn't there, (thank the Lord.)
So I can't really know
I can only sense and feel
Those things which I see show.

The patience, understanding
Which only they can feel
There is something very special
And something very real.

Yes, there a camaraderie, these days.
It's made more so each day by having to make co-payments, deductibles, classes to get the treatment we deserve.
I wish that I could make you privy to an E-Mail from Mike Clausen Jr. MOH recipent.
It has to do with these;

Glucose test strips!
He has to go to classes every three months to get a new supply of those glucose test strips.
What a way to treat a veteran, especially one, who a recipent of that medal, for saving 18 Marines grunts in Vietnam.

Lisa aka Lakers, this is just my venting on the VA asking us to make co-payments and deductibles for things that came from our having served in wars.
By us I mean veterans from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Beruit, Grenada, Panama, and Desert Storm.
Now GWB wants another war!
Will veterans from that war also be asked to make co-payments and deductibles?
Here I go again venting!
It's not about money, just the principal!
I didn't see that "co-" guy in Vietnam, with me in the rice paddies!
This on top of not accounting for more of our POW/MIA's from all our wars.
Strike me as pure folly on seeking another war before taking care of those that answered the call.
So please don't take this venting as being directed at you.
I venting at our government and the VA.
