In my research I found a link I thought might be useful to others that are considering earning the title through NROTC:
http://navyrotc.berkeley.edu/misc/units.stm

There are more locations that NROTC is held than I knew about. That was just something I thought I'd share. Maybe it'll be of some use to someone else.

Here's a better site with colleges/universities that have NROTC:
https://www.nrotc.navy.mil/colleges.cfm

Doing research I also learned that there are two state colleges that have Corps of Cadets: Texas A&M and Virginia Tech (www.vtcc.vt.edu)

This weekend I was at a teen convention and got to talking with a member of staff. He attended Virginia Tech as a Cadet for five years. Upon graduation he didn't enter the Corps but became a police officer instead. He told me that most Cadets were in ROTC as well.

Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets has a program that allows high school juniors and seniors that are interested in becoming a Cadet to spend a day with a Cadet. (Check out the website.) You go to the school on a Monday - Thursday, tour the campus, talk with a bunch of people, and then shadow a Cadet. You spend the night with the Cadet you shadowed and leave the next day. Virginia Tech is in Blacksburg, VA (about 6 hours from Baltimore, MD, if that means anything).
