Marine L/Cpl. Ronald Ceres, at the age of 58, has passed on. He was laid to rest in Porter, Texas with full military honors. His Marine buddy, Ronald G. Fieseler, of Austin, Texas gave a very moving eulogy. They served together in Viet Nam with Alpha 1/7 of the 1st Mar. Div. Ronald was survived by his wife, two daughters, two brothers, and two grandchildren. Many thanks to the American Legion Honor Guard from Willis, Texas that provided the full military honors. Ronald Ceres received two Purple Hearts and the Navy Commendation Medal and other awards during his time in the Marines. He was always steadfastly proud of serving his country during the Viet Nam era. Semper Fi and thanks to all from the family.

My Deepest Sympathy and Condolences for the Family and Friends....

Rest in Peace

When we have done all the work we were sent to Earth to do, We are allowed to shed our body, which imprisons our soul like a cocoon encloses the future butterfly;
And when the time is right, we can let go of it and we will be free of pain, free of fears and worries, free as a very beautiful butterfly returning home to God.

God Bless

Ellie
